Express Employment Professionals is active in its communities both nationally and locally through its franchise offices. Express gives back in order to help communities, organizations and individuals succeed. The Express corporate giving program reflects the company's vision to help as many people as possible find good jobs by helping as many businesses as possible find good people.
The Brand It Blue Initiative

The Brand It Blue Initiative was born out of a call from offices to serve and partner with a variety of nonprofit organizations throughout the year. As part of the mission of Express Employment Professionals, we help connect qualified job seekers with reputable companies, but we also go above and beyond to provide help to our local communities.

Over the past year, our local Express office raised $10,000 for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Richmond, sponsored Hanover and Richmond high school sports programs, donated to a Mechanicsville food drive and supported the American Heart Association.
Children's Miracle Network Hospitals

Our Richmond (North/West End) office has been supporting Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) for many years, including summer lemonade stands, collecting online donations, and working at the CMN Hospitals’ annual Radiothon. All money raised for CMN stays locally in Richmond, most recently to the Children's Tower at VCU, which opened in 2023.
