Requesting a W-2 

You can retrieve your W-2 information two ways:

1. Email: To have a copy of your W-2 emailed to you, complete and submit the W-2 Duplicate Request Form (no Workforce account required).
2. Download and Print: Log into your Workforce Account to download and print your W-2.
