Owner

Lorraine relocated from Scotland and joined Express Employment Professionals in 1998. In 2007, she became the franchise owner of the Richmond/Ashland office and has since built a distinguished career focused on delivering strategic workforce solutions.  Under her leadership, the company has grown into a high-performing operation known for providing exceptional recruiting, staffing, and HR services across its Office Services, Skilled Trades, Light Industrial and Professional divisions.

Throughout her tenure, Lorraine has cultivated strong partnerships with employers across the Richmond area, earning a reputation for service excellence and long-term client success. Her commitment to operational performance, talent strategy, and community impact has helped position the Richmond (North/West End) office among the top-performing Express franchises in North America.  The office has consistently achieved Circle of Excellence honors and ranks within the top 17% of all Express Employment Professionals locations.

Taijah earned a promotion to Senior Employment Specialist in July 2026, recognizing her expertise and contributions to our team.  With three years of recruiting and staffing experience across our Office Services, Light Industrial, Skilled Trades and Professional divisions, she excels at connecting top talent with client companies. Known for her people-first approach and ability to build strong relationships, she is passionate about helping others succeed and has become a trusted partner to both clients and candidates. Her commitment and strong attention to detail make her an invaluable member of our team.

Stephany first connected with Express Employment Professionals in search of employment opportunities in 2002 when she moved to the Richmond/Ashland area. What began as her job hunt quickly turned into an invaluable long-term relationship.

Over the years, Stephany has become one of the most dedicated and loyal members of our team.

Known for her ability to execute special projects with care, she anchors our operations and truly serves as the glue that holds our office together. Whether managing accounts receivable or supporting essential office functions, Stephany approaches every task with consistency, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to our success.
