I filled out my online application, why haven't I gotten an interview?

One of our offices biggest goals is to swiftly find quality job placements for every Job Seeker that walks through our doors, but that goal isn't always obtainable. As jobs come in, we aim to find placements within the most immediate positions and go from there. If we were to bring you in and interview you for a job that might have an opening a month or so down the line, we could be potentially wasting your time, and that is something Express Seattle will not do. Your time is important to us and if we are not able to provide you with immediate placement, we offer a number of free opportunities and resources like our Job Genius newsletter,  for you to take advantage of that will teach you new skills, sharpen the ones you already have and educate you on ways to increase your odds of snagging that job when the time comes!
