Kris and Jill Hoglund are proud franchise owners of our Kent and Seattle offices. They started working with Express very early in their work career and believe the best part about working with a staffing agency is seeking people to succeed and being a part of those success stories.

Both Kris and Jill grew up in the Puget Sound area and graduated from Gig Harbor High School just a year apart from each other.  They both attended Washington State University where Jill graduated with a BA in Communications/PR while Kris had a BA in Education/PE. They have lived in the Kent area since purchasing the Express Franchise in 1992.

Besides being avid world travelers, Kris and Jill are enthusiastic dog owners, hikers, campers, fitness instructors, and proud parents of two.

Since 1997, Dawn has been a driven part of our team working hard to build an environment in which employees are diverse, passionate, and team-oriented. Before coming to our Express office, she was an NCAA Women's Division I Volleyball Coach. With Dawn's competitive nature, she enjoys working at Express because she gets to build great teams and leaders while helping people feel successful.

 While Dawn has lived all over the U.S., she grew up in South King County and decided to move back after earning her degree. She is very passionate about her local community and has served on several boards of directors over the past decade. Currently, Dawn runs an elite youth volleyball program that competes nationally. When she isn't hard at work, Dawn enjoys traveling and experiencing different international cultures.

Elisha had been working with the Express Kent office since May of 2006 before deciding in June of 2016 to lead our Anchorage team to success. After successfully completing his mission in Anchorage, Elisha returned to our Kent office in 2018 to oversee our busy industrial division. Elisha values honesty and hard work. His fun-loving, yet competitive nature shows proof of a good worker through his previous success at the Kent office.  

When he isn't doing a great job running our office, Elisha enjoys spending time with his wife and three sons as well as watching sports, playing basketball, reading, kayaking, and swimming.

David has been working with Express since March of 2007. He came to us with four years of prior sales and sales management experience. He works with the Transportation, Logistics, and Supply Chain division of our Specialized Recruiting Group . His favorite part about working with Express has to do with, not sales, but matching great companies with great employees as well as working alongside our fantastic team!

 David has lived in Kent, WA his entire life and grew up just five miles from our office! When he isn't at home with his beautiful wife and kids, David enjoys golfing and following the stock market. He also spends time as a member of the Transportation Club of Seattle and the Transportation Club of Tacoma.
