    Requesting a W-2

    You can retrieve your W-2 information two ways:

    1. Email : To have a copy of your W-2 emailed to you, complete and submit the  W-2 Duplicate Request Form (no Workforce account required).
    2. Download and Print : Log into your Workforce Account to download and print your W-2.

        Some laws require that notices be provided to employees and/or posted in the workplace.  You can find those on posters in your local office, and by checking out the posters here.

         

        Important W-2 Information

        • In accordance with Federal laws, your W-2 form will be mailed on or before Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2024.
        • If you have not received your W-2 by Feb. 5, 2024, complete and submit the W-2 Duplicate Request Form or call (800) 222-4057 to have one mailed. You can reach us Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Central Time.
        • All wages earned through Sunday, Dec. 24, 2023, will be reported to the IRS as 2023 wages and will be shown on your 2023 W-2 form.
