Carl brings over 20 years of experience in customer-facing roles across diverse industries, including healthcare, banking, hospitality, higher education, and law. After a successful 14-year tenure at Florida State University, he has joined Express Employment Professionals to continue his passion for connecting people with opportunities.

Proudly holding a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Jacksonville University (Class of 2001) and recently earning his MBA from Florida State University in 2022, Carl combines a strong educational foundation with extensive practical experience.

Beyond his professional pursuits, Carl finds joy in vacationing with his family, sharing memorable movie quotes, and actively contributing to his community through his involvement in the Church. Meet Jaselyn Hicks, originally from Wakulla County, FL, who's passionate about family and people, with two amazing kids – a son and a daughter. When she's not working, you'll catch her creating special moments with her little ones and diving into her love for cooking. 

Jaselyn started her career in healthcare, spending six years as a home health aide, where she developed a deep sense of compassion and dedication, especially while working on the Alzheimer's project. Seeking a change and new adventures, she shifted to office services, joining Express Employment Professionals in February 2022 as a Front Office Coordinator, eventually earning a well-deserved promotion to Recruiter.

Her true joy comes from ensuring everyone involved in their work wins – from helping associates discover exciting opportunities to making sure clients find that perfect match. Jaselyn takes pride in being part of a team that not only excels in their roles but also contributes positively to the community through the services they provide.

Hailing from the bizarre lands of central Maryland, Alan has been working at the Tallahassee office since August 2023.  After starting as a FOC, Alan first took over payroll in September of the same year and gradually worked his way into recruiting full-time.  Although recruiting was not on his career radar while studying Political Science at Florida State University, Alan loves the role and all the excitement that comes with it. 

Before working at Express, Alan worked for the Florida House of Representatives as a reading clerk and has also worked in landscaping and the service industry.

Work aside, Alan is an avid Baltimore Ravens fan, a supporter of Arsenal FC, and spends his free time working on several creative writing projects.  He also loves to go biking, hiking, fishing, shooting and is a well-seasoned cook.

Meet Jennifer Araya, our Front Office Coordinator hailing from the picturesque landscapes of Costa Rica. In 1999, she embarked on a journey to the United States, settling primarily in Tallahassee and Jacksonville, FL. With a background steeped in bilingual customer service, Jennifer graduated from Keiser University as a Medical Assistant.

Throughout her career, Jennifer has contributed her expertise to various hospital settings, including Shand’s Hospital in Jacksonville, FL, where she served as a Medicaid advocate, and Hewlett Packard as a claims specialist. Her role as a Business Analyst II at ACS, a Xerox company, further showcased her dedication to excellence.

During her leisure time, Jennifer cherishes moments spent with close friends and family, often planning exciting vacations. Her greatest achievement in life is being a devoted mother to two beautiful children who have enriched her life in countless ways.

Meet Alexandra "Allie" Dubose, the Marketing extraordinaire overseeing various Express Employment Professionals and SRG offices in Mobile, Baldwin County, Emerald Coast, Tallahassee, and LaGrange, GA. She joined Express in 2017. Allie brings over a decade of marketing and sales experience to the table. 

A graduate of the University of South Alabama, she earned her Bachelor's in Marketing Management in 2013. During her time at South Alabama, Allie's entrepreneurial spirit shone through as she founded the Professional Sales & Marketing Club, which has flourished since her graduation. Following her academic success, Allie ventured to New England, where she honed her skills in the dynamic world of radio, working for a sports station just outside Boston, MA. She was selected as Access Magazine's 2021 50 Most Beautiful in our local community. She was recently selected as an honoree for Business Alabama and AGC's 40 under 40 in 2023 for Commercial Construction.  

Beyond the office, Allie thrives in the great outdoors, embracing a wide array of activities such as hiking, kayaking, fishing, hunting, and live music. With an impressive background and an infectious zeal for life, she is a force to be reckoned with in the marketing realm.
