Mike is taking his 30 years' experience from the financial world, where a great deal of his time was spent on recruiting and assessing talent then using it to connect an individual with the appropriate position.  He and his wife Lee are dedicated to supporting their community.  Mike has been active in his church and civic organizations.  Currently he serves on the boards of Habitat for Humanity of Martin County and the Treasure Coast Manufacturing Association.  Formerly he served as Treasurer of the Library Foundation of Martin County. and currently works on the membership for the Treasure Coast Builders Association. Lee possesses a true passion for building and developing lasting partnerships with our clients through education, coaching, and relationship building.  She has 20+ years of capital raising and asset management experience at top tier firms with a focus on Mutual Funds, SMAs, and Alternative Investments. She also serves on a variety of boards for charitable organizations throughout the Treasure Coast.

Tage joined the Express Team in 2019.  He has 30+ years of sales experience stemming from the IT industry.  He has a true passion for building and maintaining client relationships and watching their businesses grow.  His top priority is customer care so rest assured you will receive the BEST service possible.  Tage has a true interest in what your business does.  He can match the best personnel to complement your company and culture.  He enjoys helping employers connect with great candidates and is excited to bring value to all businesses on the Treasure Coast!

Karen joined the Express Family in 2016 and has helped hundreds of companies and candidates on the Treasure Coast find the right fit for their hiring and career needs.  She has the same goals as the rest of the team, which is to help people and make a difference in their lives whether it be associate or client.  "I feel very blessed to be a part of such a wonderful group of professionals whose mission is to help put over a million people to work! Curt joined Express in 2021 and is an accomplished senior Human Resource leader. He is thrilled to be taking on the challenge of Express franchise manager and brings his passion for people and a wealth of experience to his role. He is an active member of the Vero Christian Church and was a College Swim Coach for many years.  Curt brings that same drive and determination from the pool to Express. Dana started with Express in 2021.  She is the person who will greet you with a smile when you arrive at our office or assist you when you call in.  Dana has a strong customer service background and enjoys helping candidates find their dream career.  She enjoys helping people and seeing them have success in their careers.  When she is not working, she enjoys the beach the outdoors and being Mimi to her grandson.  Dana is the glue that holds our entire office together!

Christine joined the Express Team in 2022.  She enjoys helping clients reach their goals by screening and vetting top talent.  Her outgoing personality and positive attitude make her the perfect fit for the role.

Susan serves as our liaison to the Treasure Coast business community. She provides education about our philosophies and program structure. As a Treasure Coast resident for over 30 years, she has a passion for education and business development. Her background includes an active presence in the local arts and several non-profit organizations.

Rachael joined the Express family in October 2021. Born in Pennsylvania, she has an extensive background in Healthcare and Customer Service.  She has been helping people better themselves and building relationships with clients and associates.  What Racheal loves most about staffing is being able to watch people gain hope for a better life after finding employment.

Before joining Express, Nirmala Sukhraj, our newest Employment Specialist worked in Leadership roles in the Healthcare industry. She can’t wait to start helping job seekers connect with local businesses where their skills and expertise will shine. She will specialize in placement of Office and Industrial talent to help connect skilled workers with great local businesses.
