Colleen Gaudette is a Franchise Owner, President, and Operating Partner of the award-winning Express Employment Professionals Windsor Ontario office.  For 21 years, business leaders in Windsor/ Essex have relied on Colleen and her team to provide up-to-date market analytics and expertise in employment trends, to assist them in making informed decisions regarding their workforce and workplace issues.

In her spare time, Colleen loves to travel and spend time with family and friends. She is a passionate Board Member of the Shosholoza Foundation, supporting wildlife conservation and those in need in the rural villages of South Africa . 

Business Development Specialist Ben Spoelstra began his Express journey in 2023 after a career in finance and sales. A former personal banker, Ben understands the importance of creating long-lasting relationships with clients, building trust with integrity and consistency in every interaction. He believes that having a passion and drive for any endeavor is the key to professional success.

When not driving business growth, Ben can be found indulging in his love for travel, exploring new destinations with friends and family.

 

Jill Biscan has been working at Express Windsor for over 20 years. Her many years of customer service and administrative experience serve her well in her role as the Front Office Coordinator and Payroll Administrator, where she manages payroll, accounts receivable, health and safety and administrative duties. Jill values integrity in all her interactions and is passionate about helping others.

Outside of the office, Jill is an avid traveler, trekking across North America, Croatia and the Caribbean. She enjoys spending time with her family and cuddling with her dog, Vinnie.

Shyla Seth joined the Express Windsor team in 2022 as an Executive Recruiter with the Specialized Recruiting Group division. With six years of experience in recruiting and both a Bachelors and Master in Business Administration, Shyla is highly skilled in finding and connecting the right job candidates with the right opportunities. She enjoys meeting new people and is passionate about maintaining a good work balance and being ethical in all her interactions.

When not in the office, Shyla can be found exploring the province with her family or practicing yoga and biking outdoors.
