Adaptable and independent, associate Connor Fleming takes the time to listen and learn from his teammates. According to his supervisor, Connor also brings a positive attitude to work and “takes ownership of every task he is performing”.

Each day, associate Katie Wauthier brings her positive energy into the office. According to her supervisor, she “interacts well with [their] employees” and she “demonstrates an eagerness to learn and assist in any way.” What’s more, they “are grateful to have Katie as [their] Administrative Assistant and Accounts Payable Clerk.”

Associates like Eric Dowsett are one of the reasons why we do what we do. According to Eric’s supervisor, Eric is truly “cares about [the] business” and he is “a kind and thoughtful colleague.”  What’s more, Eric is always looking at ways to make improvements and it’s this kind of initiative that brought him to our attention.

Eric – thanks for making our job easy for us by being such a great employee. Congratulations – you’re our October Employee of the Month.

We pride ourselves on finding the right candidates for the job and Mike Rudge is a perfect example. His supervisor recently shared a glowing testimonial saying that Mike “is doing a great job and it “feels as if he was working for [their] company for years.” What’s more, “the entire team is happy with him” and they would “like to congratulate Express for getting [them] a great candidate like him.”

Not only does associate Nick Borri have a work ethic that is “beyond measure”, but he is reliable, takes initiative and rises to every challenge. His supervisor is “ecstatic” about his work and claims that Nick is “truly one of a kind.”

Associate Maryanne Dozzi strives for excellence in the workplace and her passion for bettering herself is infectious! That’s why her supervisor feels she is “a valuable addition to our team” and should be recognized as our April Employee of the Month.

A strong communicator with a “wonderful attitude” who is keen to “further her professional skillset”, associate Jocelyn Baranowski impressed her supervisor so much that she got allotted additional job responsibilities and secured a raise. We’re impressed as well – which is why we’re recognizing Jocelyn as our February Employee of the Month!

Described as "a fast learner who asks great questions", "takes initiative" and "always goes above and beyond what is expected from her", associate Jalpreet Gondara has definitely made an impression on her supervisor and coworkers.
