Job Full Description

Job Summary: Office Supervisor position encompasses all of the following responsibilities listed below and also requires the person to have the ability to master other responsibilities that are specific, to include but not limited to the following.

Here's What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

• Oversees the work of all office employees to ensure they work productively, meet deadlines and company standards.
• Assists the manager with making sure all desks are covered and is able to run the office when the manager is out.
• Checks cash reports for accuracy.
• Handles store closings.
• Assists with time and attendance for office employees.
• Monitors various office reports.
• Handles invoice corrections.
• Researches and corrects AR/AP invoices.
• Cross trains on all desks in the office.
• Interview and train new employees.
• Coaching, counseling, and disciplinary action when issues are presented.
• Able to multitask and transition between tasks efficiently.
• Team oriented.
• Analytical skills.
• Will complete other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, CERTIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES TO ENTER POSITION:
• Four-year college degree preferred.
• AR experience recommended.
• Customer Service experience recommended.
• Supervisory experience recommended.
• Computer proficiency to include but not limited to: Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook required.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written skills.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Drug Free Workplace
• Must be able to pass background check (i.e. police backgrounds, reference checks…).

Schedule & Pay:

  • FULL TIME; Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm 
  • $20/hr
