Company Overview
Organization and attention to detail is HUGE. Healthcare but preferred pharmaceutical/compounding background is helpful because they'll know the importance of cleanliness. Need knowledge (schooling or work experience) working with microbiology equipment (incubation of samples on a plate).
Some of what to expect:

Unbox materials

Sign in items received and fill out a little paperwork

Sticking approval sticker and putting them away in appropriate location

Important that labels are printed correctly on the products (right dosage, info, etc.)

Operate software for special label printer (will train)

Monitor printer to make sure labels are printed correctly and keeping track of the number printed; making sure they’re stored correctly

"Think microbiology type situation" (cleanliness of a doctor going into surgery but not that extreme)

Will need to gown properly (protective equipment, wash correctly). So someone that has familiarity with this will know the importance

Conduct routine quality control tests on products to ensure compliance with CGMP, ISO 13485, HACCP, and ISO 9001 standards.

Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports on findings for management review.

Implement and maintain quality systems to enhance product integrity and safety.

Utilize vision inspection systems to assess product quality during manufacturing processes.

Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Participate in internal audits and assist in the development of quality assurance protocols.

Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to quality control.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in quality control and assurance processes, including quality audits and inspections.
- Strong background in production - assembly, manufacturing, or machine operating is a PLUS!
- Pharmacy Technician is a PLUS!
- Experience with vision inspection systems and precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of quality management systems.
- Understanding of microbiology principles as they relate to quality control.
- Strong attention to detail.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
Shift:
1st shift - 7:00am to 3:00pm
2nd shift - 2:00 to 10:00pm
