Steel Fitter – Full Time
Pay: $20–$22/hr (Pay may vary based on experience; higher rates possible for highly skilled candidates)

Schedule:

• Monday–Wednesday: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  Overtime may be required based on workload.

We are hiring a Steel Fitter to join our growing team! This is a full-time opportunity for a dependable and experienced professional looking to work in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Fit and assemble structural steel components according to blueprints and drawings
• Use measuring tools, torches, grinders, and welding equipment to prep and fit parts
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications
• Safely operate hand and power tools in a production setting
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Qualifications

• Previous experience in structural or steel fitting required
• Ability to read and interpret fabrication blueprints and shop drawings
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety
• Must be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
• Open to working overtime when needed
