- Data entry – will input payroll info then have it processed
- Customer service – answering calls
- Dispatching guys to the job
- NEEDS TO HAVE SOLID EXPERIENCE - Admin and Accounts Payable
Schedule & Pay:
- FULL TIME; Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm
- $24/hr
Here's What Makes YOU a Great Fit:
- Preferably experience working in a construction office, not required
- Quickbooks, MS Office, software for dispatch, so you may be dispatching
- Biggest thing is answering the phone and payroll, payroll that's due to ADP by Wednesday of next week. Only 5 employees. Payroll is out of ADP.
- Must have reliable and timely transportation
- Good work ethic; punctual & dependable; take pride in your work
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Drug-free; background check
