Construction Project Manager – Birmingham, AL (Full-Time, In-Person)
Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 + Performance Bonuses
Our client is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager in Birmingham, Alabama to lead large-scale construction and structural steel projects. This opportunity is ideal for a results-driven Project Manager focused on schedule, budget, safety, and quality.
Key Responsibilities

Lead construction projects from preconstruction through completion

Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and engineers

Review and approve plans, specifications, and cost estimates

Track progress, identify risks, and implement solutions

Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control processes
Qualifications

Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or Project Manager

Structural steel or commercial construction background preferred

Proficiency with ProCore, Bluebeam, and/or Primavera P6
-
Strong skills in scheduling, estimating, and project coordination

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings

Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills

Knowledge of construction safety regulations and quality procedures
