Job Title: Skilled Labor / Fabrication Associate
Location: Bessemer, AL
Job Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate:

• $18–$19 per hour (no experience)

• $22–$23 per hour (with relevant experience)

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

• Anticipated shift change to 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM in the near future

Position Summary

We are seeking skilled labor associates to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates with fabrication experience, machine operation experience, or strong mechanical aptitude. Safety awareness and the ability to follow procedures are critical for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Operate threading machines as an initial assignment while following all safety procedures

• Read and accurately measure materials using standard measuring tools

• Train to operate additional equipment including saws, with advancement to lathe machines over time

• Assist with general fabrication and production tasks

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures at all times

Requirements

• Fabrication or machine operation experience preferred, but not required

• Must be safety-conscious and competent operating machinery

• Ability to read measurements accurately

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new machines

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
