Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and personable HR Coordinator to support daily HR and administrative operations in a fully remote environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, and proactively supporting a growing team. The HR Coordinator will work closely with internal teams and must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
Here's What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team
- Assist with onboarding, employee documentation, and maintaining accurate personnel records
- Serve as a point of contact for employees, answering basic HR-related questions in both English and Spanish
- Prepare, update, and organize HR documents, reports, and spreadsheets
- Support light recruiting efforts such as scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication
- Help keep HR processes organized, compliant, and running efficiently
- Anticipate needs, follow up on open items, and help solve small issues before they become big ones
- Collaborate with operations and leadership in a fast-paced, remote environment
Schedule & Pay:
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Remote position (CST, MST, or PST standard time preferred)
Pay: Based on experience

- Bilingual in Spanish & English (required)
- Previous HR coordination, administrative, or operations experience
- Comfortable supporting light recruiting and employee onboarding
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Positive attitude and professional communication style
- Able to work independently and stay productive in a remote setting
- Strong follow-through with the ability to anticipate needs and next steps
