Job Summary:
Our client is looking for a Senior Accountant – Distribution Operations. The client is a nationally recognized distributorship specializing in corporate gifts, creative services, and promotional products. They have been in business for over 40 years and are a 14-year “Best Place to Work” award recipient.
Here's What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:
- Own the full accounting cycle for the business
- Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Manage job costing and inventory accounting
- Lead month-end close processes
- Handle sales tax compliance
- Prepare financial reporting and analysis
- Coordinate with external CPA partners
- Partner closely with executive leadership to ensure financial integrity and operational excellence
Schedule & Pay:
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 + Benefits
No nights, weekends, or long hours
Here's What Makes YOU a Great Fit:
- 7+ years of full-cycle accounting experience
- Experience supporting mid-sized businesses ($10M–$50M)
- Background in distribution, manufacturing, construction, or project-based accounting preferred
- Strong QuickBooks experience (Enterprise preferred)
- Inventory and job costing experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable owning the full accounting function
- Highly detail-oriented and process-driven
- Seeking long-term stability and ownership without burnout
