digital printing company dedicated to the Architectural, Construction, and Graphic Design community.  Specializing in reprographic production along with our large and small format graphics capabilities; we offer a printing solution for everyone with quality as our focus.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
To produce a quality product, using accuracy and efficiency standards that fulfills the need of the client while supporting the company’s mission as well as department goals.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To provide outstanding customer service and assistance to customers both in person and over the phone in a fast-paced environment. Should have a great personality and excellent phone skills and should be knowledgeable in all areas of the business in order to effectively and efficiently assist our clients with our various services and digital printing solutions. Provide accurate and timely quotes to customers when requested.

•       Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily
•    Follows processing procedures and customer requests
•    Effectively communicates with others
•    Operates software/s to maximize efficiency and productivity
•    Quotes accurately and timely
•    Maintains adequate software requirements, i.e. compacting of email, updates
•    Supports other team members
•    Follows the ALGX handbook guidelines
•       Multitasking and organizational skills

MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Keep area/workstations clean and organized
Cross-train to support other production areas

High school diploma or GED certificate
Associate degree or bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years of Call Center Customer Service required 
Experience with MS Suites
