Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician – 1st Shift (M-F, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM)


Location: Casa Grande, AZ


Pay: $24.00/hr + Overtime | 

 

We are seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for 1st shift to support machine and facility maintenance at our state-of-the-art production facility in Casa Grande, AZ. This is a full-time opportunity with competitive pay, consistent hours, and plenty of overtime!

 

Summary:


The Maintenance Technician plays a vital role within the powertrain team, ensuring optimal operation of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with hands-on knowledge of PM programs, troubleshooting, electrical systems, and mechanical processes. Candidates must be team-oriented, able to adapt quickly, and work efficiently under pressure.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment

  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

  • Support installation and commissioning of new equipment

  • Fabricate and modify machine parts as needed

  • Maintain accurate documentation in the CMMS system

  • Work collaboratively with supervisors, engineers, and other technicians

  • Enforce and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems

  • Experience with multimeters and other diagnostic tools

  • Familiarity with automation equipment and mechanical systems (e.g., conveyors, shafts, motors, chains)

  • Knowledge of PLC logic (Rockwell, Siemens preferred)

  • Understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic systems and controls

  • Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, and schematics

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, and move for extended periods

  • Comfortable with overtime and weekend shifts as needed

  • Welding skills (MIG, TIG, Stick) a plus but not required

  • Forklift certification or ability to operate industrial equipment

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • High school diploma or GED required
