Represent the company and its GED programs to school districts, city education officials, and local community leaders.

Identify and pursue new leads through cold calling, referrals, events, and online research.

Conduct market and dropout rate analysis to identify strategic opportunities for program placement.

Generate new client interest through presentations, proposal writing, and follow-up communications.

Participate in and coordinate community engagement events such as library fairs, Goodwill events, workforce expos, sidewalk fairs, and trade shows.

Establish and nurture sponsorship and partnership opportunities with local organizations.

Maintain detailed lead records and client communications in Salesforce and other company systems.

Meet defined KPIs: appointment setting, lead conversion, signed agreements, and partner onboarding.

Travel throughout the state and occasionally out-of-state for meetings, presentations, and events.

Independently manage a flexible daily schedule to optimize outreach and productivity.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in outside sales (Sales Exp Required), preferably in education (Not Required), nonprofit, or public outreach sectors.

Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred for at least one of the roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.

Tech savvy with experience using Microsoft Office Suite, tablets, and CRM platforms (Salesforce).

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Proficient in building customized proposals and engaging presentations.

Customer service focused with excellent phone etiquette and follow-up skills.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
