We are seeking passionate and self-driven Outside Sales Coordinators to promote our education services across Houston, TX and beyond. We are seeking to hire two: 1- Bilingual & 1- Non-Bilingual. This role involves direct outreach to city education officials, school leaders, and community organizations to generate interest and partnerships that lead to student re-engagement. The right candidate is a skilled communicator, cold-caller, and relationship builder with a strong sense of purpose in educational advocacy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company and its GED programs to school districts, city education officials, and local community leaders.

  • Identify and pursue new leads through cold calling, referrals, events, and online research.

  • Conduct market and dropout rate analysis to identify strategic opportunities for program placement.

  • Generate new client interest through presentations, proposal writing, and follow-up communications.

  • Participate in and coordinate community engagement events such as library fairs, Goodwill events, workforce expos, sidewalk fairs, and trade shows.

  • Establish and nurture sponsorship and partnership opportunities with local organizations.

  • Maintain detailed lead records and client communications in Salesforce and other company systems.

  • Meet defined KPIs: appointment setting, lead conversion, signed agreements, and partner onboarding.

  • Travel throughout the state and occasionally out-of-state for meetings, presentations, and events.

  • Independently manage a flexible daily schedule to optimize outreach and productivity.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in outside sales (Sales Exp Required), preferably in education (Not Required), nonprofit, or public outreach sectors.

  • Language: Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred for at least one of the roles.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others.

  • Tech savvy with experience using Microsoft Office Suite, tablets, and CRM platforms (Salesforce).

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

  • Proficient in building customized proposals and engaging presentations.

  • Customer service focused with excellent phone etiquette and follow-up skills.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Appointment Setting & Follow-Ups

  • Closed Appointment Rate

  • Month-Over-Month Sales Growth

  • Quarterly Sponsorship/Partner Onboarding

  • Minimum 5 Client Agreements Per Quarter

  • Growth of Client Database in Salesforce CRM


Other Requirements:

  • Valid Driver’s License with Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)

  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain a Fingerprint Clearance Card

  • Must be willing to drive long distances and stand for extended periods during events

  • Flexible schedule with occasional evening/weekend event participation
