Manufacturing/Production Associate – 3rd Shift
Location: Casa Grande AZ
Pay: $21.00/hr plus overtime opportunities
Schedule:

3rd Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:30 PM – 4:00 AM

Hands-on training provided on 1st shift before moving to permanent 3rd shift
About the Role:
Are you looking to build a career in manufacturing with a stable and growing company? We are seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our team as Manufacturing/Production Associates. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on training to learn the processes and equipment you’ll use every day. After training, you’ll work independently and as part of a team on our 3rd shift to help produce high-quality products.
What You'll Do:

Receive hands-on training to learn equipment operation, safety procedures, and quality standards

Set up, operate, and monitor machines and production lines

Assemble, inspect, and package products according to specifications

Perform routine checks to ensure product quality and report any issues

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Follow detailed instructions, production schedules, and safety protocols

Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For:
? Must be able to work the full 3rd shift schedule (Monday–Thursday, 6:30 PM–4:00 AM)
? Willingness and availability to complete initial training on 1st shift
? Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
? Strong attention to detail and quality
? Ability to stand, bend, and lift as required for a full shift
? Previous manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience is a plus—but not required; we’ll train the right candidate!
