Job Title: Bilingual Outreach Sales Coordinator (English/Spanish)
Location: East Valley & Southwest Valley, AZ (Travel Required)
Schedule: Flexible Hours (Full-Time)
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and people-oriented Bilingual Outreach Sales Coordinator to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building relationships, enjoys connecting with customers, and is eager to grow in a sales career.
This role is Business-to-Customer (B2C) focused, with the potential to expand into Business-to-Business (B2B) sales as you grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outreach to customers in East Valley and Southwest Valley communities.

Build relationships, promote services, and explain benefits in both English and Spanish.

Drive customer engagement through face-to-face interactions, events, and outreach activities.

Meet and exceed sales goals by delivering excellent customer experiences.

Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Provide accurate reporting of outreach activities and sales results.
Qualifications:

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required – must be confident and fluent in both languages.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; enjoys talking with people.

Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed goals.

Comfortable commuting between East Valley and Southwest Valley areas.

Previous sales, outreach, or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
