Pay: $19.00/hr
Shifts Available: 3rd Shift 6pm-6am 2-2-3 schedule. (Must be able to train on 1st shift)

This position is ideal for candidates who are mechanically inclined and have hands-on experience operating, setting up, and troubleshooting automated packaging machines.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and adjust automated packaging machinery according to production specifications
- Monitor and maintain efficient production flow while ensuring product quality and safety standards
- Perform machine changeovers, setups, and tear downs as required
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment
- Adhere to all food safety, GMP, and manufacturing standards
- Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety policies
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating automated packaging machinery (required)
- Experience with machine setup, changeover, and troubleshooting (required)
- Prior experience in food or beverage manufacturing (preferred)
- Blow mold experience is a strong plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently and in a fast-paced production environment
- Willingness to work overtime or weekends when needed
