Job Title: Forklift Operator
Location: Casa Grande, AZ
Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd – Must be open to all shifts and overtime

About the Role
Lucid Motors is seeking reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operators to support daily material handling and logistics operations within our advanced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience operating sit-down or stand-up forklifts and be committed to maintaining a safe, efficient, and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities

Operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts to move materials, parts, and products safely and efficiently.

Load and unload trucks, docks, and production lines as required.

Transport materials to designated areas while following all safety and operational procedures.

Perform basic forklift inspections and report equipment issues promptly.

Maintain accurate inventory counts and material documentation.

Support warehouse, shipping, receiving, and production teams as needed.

Follow all company safety guidelines, quality standards, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications

6 months of forklift experience preferred (sit-down or stand-up).

Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or logistics environments is a plus.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced production environment.

Strong attention to safety and detail.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Must be open to working any shift, including overtime and weekends when needed.
