Job Title: Roll Form Machine Operator
Location: Tolleson
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Roll Form Machine Operator to join our sheet metal manufacturing team. This position involves operating roll forming equipment to produce high-quality metal components while maintaining safety and production standards.
Responsibilities:

Set up and operate roll form machines for sheet metal production

Monitor machine performance and product quality

Make basic adjustments and troubleshoot issues as needed

Measure and inspect parts to ensure specifications are met

Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Work in both indoor and outdoor manufacturing environments
Requirements:

Previous experience operating roll form or similar metal fabrication machinery preferred

Ability to read measurements and use basic inspection tools

Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required
