We are currently hiring for Heat Treat Operators and Sit-Down Forklift Operators for a well-established heat treat metal manufacturing facility in Phoenix. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced industrial environment and are looking to grow their manufacturing career.

Available Positions

Heat Treat Operator

The Heat Treat Operator is responsible for operating furnaces and heat treatment equipment used to strengthen and process metal parts according to production specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload metal components into heat treat furnaces
• Monitor furnace temperatures, cycle times, and processing requirements
• Read and follow work orders and production specifications
• Perform quality checks throughout the heat treatment process
• Operate material handling equipment as needed
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and quality standards
• Assist with general production duties throughout the facility

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or heat treating experience preferred
• Ability to work in a hot industrial environment
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read measuring devices and follow written instructions
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Sit-Down Forklift Operator

The Forklift Operator is responsible for moving raw materials and finished products throughout the facility while supporting production operations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and transport metal materials throughout the plant
• Stage materials for production and shipping departments
• Perform inventory movements and warehouse organization
• Conduct daily forklift inspections
• Support shipping, receiving, and production teams as needed
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous sit-down forklift experience required
• Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Strong attention to safety and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
