Press Brake Operator – Conway, AR
Manufacturing company in Conway is seeking an experienced Press Brake Operator. Minimum pay is $17/hour, depending on experience. Day and night shifts are available. At least 2 years of experience preferred. Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and pass a drug screening.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate equipment for shearing, punching, bending, assembly, and welding.
- Read blueprints and follow job/routing instructions.
- Perform quality inspections using precision measuring tools.
- Load, maintain, and change tooling, fixtures, and jigs.
- Handle, package, and move materials as needed.
- Complete production and quality documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Meet established production, quality, and efficiency standards.
- Demonstrate reliability, teamwork, flexibility, and strong attention to detail.
- Lift up to 50+ lbs.
