What skills are we looking for:
● Stainless welding/fabrication experience.
● Proficient in GTAW
● CNC brake press operating experience.
● Ability to work independently after being provided initial direction/expectations.
● Good listening skills, verbal communication.
● Ability to adjust. A “whatever it takes” mentality to complete the task at hand.
● Physical dexterity, ability to lift 50 lbs.
● No ego. Promoting team rather than self.
● Thinking ahead, not needing to be pushed.
● Inquisitive, asking good questions in order to learn.

Position Description for Fabricator
Position Purpose: Execute the daily assignments to meet our customers needs
Responsibilities
● Receive Work Instructions at DDS
● Analyze work order processes and drawings
● Obtain materials necessary to complete the task
● Executing the steps to Fabricate a project
● Complete the quality/shipping process after fabrication
● Receiving incoming materials
● Shipping/delivering finished jobs
