Job Full Description
We are seeking a skilled Woodworker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with wood products, reading blueprints, operating woodworking equipment, and producing high-quality finished products. This position requires attention to detail, craftsmanship, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood materials according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
- Sand, finish, and inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform repairs, modifications, and custom woodworking projects as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures and quality guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous woodworking, carpentry, cabinet making, or millwork experience preferred.
- Ability to read tape measures and blueprints.
- Experience with woodworking tools and machinery.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
