Job Full Description
We are seeking a reliable J&L Operator to operate machinery for sheet, pad, and box orders while maintaining production, quality, and safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Set up and operate J&L equipment.
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality.
- Make machine adjustments as needed.
- Record production hours and machine downtime.
- Perform basic machine maintenance.
- Train and assist crew members when needed.
- Follow all company safety and OSHA requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of related experience preferred.
- Basic math, reading, and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and safety.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally and 50 lbs. frequently.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work around moving machinery.
- Comfortable working in a loud manufacturing environment.
