Job Full Description
We are looking for an experienced and dependable team member to join our Lamination Department. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating a spray rig and working with paint materials. This position involves preparing and applying materials, operating production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and following all safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Operate spray rig and lamination equipment according to established procedures.
- Prepare, mix, and handle paint and other production materials.
- Apply materials evenly and accurately according to specifications.
- Monitor product quality throughout the production process.
- Inspect finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
- Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures.
- Maintain clean and organized equipment and work areas.
- Properly handle and store paint, chemicals, and other materials.
- Report equipment, material, or quality issues to supervisors.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience using a spray rig is required.
- Previous experience working with paint materials is required.
- Manufacturing, painting, lamination, or composite experience preferred.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to safely handle production materials and equipment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
