Job Description
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Poultry Production Specialists to join a poultry processing facility in Clinton, AR. Employees will assist with various aspects of poultry processing, including cutting, trimming, portioning, packaging, and quality control.
This is a hands-on production position requiring attention to detail, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety and food quality.
Job Responsibilities

Assist with poultry processing, cutting, trimming, and portioning.

Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.

Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Follow instructions from supervisors and team leads.

Perform additional production duties as assigned.
Requirements

Must be dependable and arrive to work on time.

Ability to stand for extended periods.

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced processing environment.

Willingness to learn different production tasks.

Previous poultry processing or manufacturing experience preferred but not required.

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
