Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is interviewing candidates for a full time Receptionist position in Hot Springs with a great local company! Schedule is Monday - Friday from 7:30am - 4:00pm. Pay is $14.00-14.50/hr, DOE! This position is in an office environment and will require a candidate who is detail oriented and understands the importance of confidentiality.
Receptionist key Responsibilities include:
- Answering and managing a 4 line phone system; including taking messages, transferring and handling calls
- Checking clients in and out throughout the day; including using the intercom system to call for specific clients
- Assisting visitors who come in
- Keeping written logs of visitors, clients and employees on time in the building
Receptionist Qualifications:
- Someone who is a self-starter
- Someone who is detail oriented
- Previous office experience is a plus
- Someone who is patient and a fast learner
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
