Now Hiring: Experienced Diesel Mechanic | $30–$35/hr | Full-Time | Local Opportunity

 

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a skilled Diesel Mechanic for a reputable local company in the Hot Springs area. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with steady hours, potential for overtime, and benefits available after the evaluation period. 

 

Pay and Schedule:

  • Pay: $30–$35 per hour (based on experience)

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on diesel engines and equipment

  • Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues

  • Ensure all repairs are completed accurately and in a timely manner

  • Work independently with efficiency and attention to detail

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Diesel Mechanic

  • Must own a full set of tools

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check (most felonies will disqualify)

  • Experience with Cummins and International engines is a plus

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in diesel engine repair or related fields (not required)

  • CDL license is a plus
