Job Full Description
Express Employment is currently interviewing for a full-time Office Clerk position with a local boat dealer in Hot Springs! The pay ranges from $15.00/hr - $18.00/hr depending upon experience and the hours are Monday - Saturday from 8 am - 5 pm. The ideal candidate will be someone who has exceptional clerical and organizational skills, and someone who has high attention to detail. Previous Office Clerk experience dealing with Titles is a plus.
Office Clerk key Responsibilities include:
- Billing out all dealer trades and preparing Certificates of Origin
- Compiling and maintaining a complete list of all outstanding title work
- Reporting to management on the status of any missing or problem titles and providing a current list of outstanding titles to the Office Manager
- LOTS of filing
Office Clerk Qualifications:
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as sales agreements, tax and title documents, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, employees and the general public
- High school diploma or GED
