Now Hiring: Machine & Equipment Operators – Starting at $21.00/hr
Location: Hot Springs, Arkansas

Express Employment Professionals is now hiring multiple Operators for a leading facility involved in the production, processing, and packaging of vanadium. These are full-time, rotating shift positions (12-hour shifts: 3 days on, 3 days off – both days and nights).
Pay & Schedule:
Job Responsibilities:

Operate automated production and packaging equipment
-
Safely operate machinery such as:
-
Forklifts
-
Palletizers
-
Front-End Loaders
-
Skid Steers
-
Perform product packaging, loading/unloading of trucks, and process troubleshooting
-
Follow all safe work practices and procedures
-
Maintain clean and organized work environment
Job Requirements:
-
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
-
Comfortable with repetitive tasks, long periods of walking/standing, and physical labor
-
Must be able to:
-
Adhere strictly to safety protocols at all times
Preferred Experience:
-
Forklift certification/experience
-
Prior experience in mining, chemical processing, or heavy industrial environments
PPE & Equipment Used:
-
Respirator (worn at all times on-site)
-
Steel-toe boots, hard hat, gloves (provided or required)
