Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is currently interviewing applicants for a Breakfast Cook position with a local Bed & Breakfast in Hot Springs! In this position, you will review the pre-set menu for their 2-course plated breakfast, utilize a variety of cooking techniques, plate the food creatively, and serve to the guest. The pay range is $15.00-18.00/hr, depending on experience, and the schedule is Monday - Sunday, 7:00am - 2:00pm. Employees will get 2 days off per week, planned the week before.
Breakfast Cook key Responsibilities include:
- Prepare ingredients for the day
- Ensure the freshness, quality, and consistency of all breakfast offerings
- Utilize proper cooking techniques and methods to achieve optimal flavor, texture, and presentation of breakfast dishes.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- Keep track of inventory
- Complying with all health and safety regulations
Breakfast Cook Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a cook or breakfast cook is required
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong guest service skills and teamwork ethic
- Non-smoking environment
