Customer Service / Administrative Assistant – Insurance Office | Hot Springs Village, AR
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $15–$20/hr (Based on Experience)

A well-established insurance company in Hot Springs Village is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service / Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is a full-time opportunity with long-term potential and excellent benefits upon hire.
Job Responsibilities:

Assist producers with invoicing, policy renewals, and documentation

Answer phones and provide excellent customer service to clients

Maintain and update client records with accuracy

Perform general administrative tasks to support office operations

Help ensure a smooth and professional customer experience
Qualifications:

Previous insurance experience or an insurance license is preferred, but not required

Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Professional and friendly demeanor

Ability to work independently and in a team setting

Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail
