Location: Hot Springs, AR

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Note: Mandatory overtime may be required based on production needs
Are you ready to build a long-term career in the industrial sector? Express Employment Professionals is hiring Plant Laborers for a respected industrial chemicals wholesaler involved in the production and packaging of vanadium—a critical metal used in steelmaking, energy storage, and more.
This is a full-time, entry-level role with strong potential to advance into Plant Operator positions based on performance and seniority.
Job Responsibilities:
- Safely package finished product and prepare shipments
- Load and unload trucks
- Maintain clean work areas and assist with facility upkeep
- Monitor operations and assist with light equipment repairs
- Generate work requests using maintenance software
- Follow all safety protocols and support team operations
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Shift Supervisor
Candidate Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions
- Mechanically inclined with basic hand tool knowledge
- Committed to safety and teamwork
- Forklift or mobile equipment experience is a plus
