Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is currently interviewing for a full-time HR Generalist position with a local Hot Springs company! The pay ranges from $55k/yr - $65k/yr depending upon experience, and the schedule is Monday – Friday from 8 am – 5 pm. This position will be available for benefits after hire!
HR Generalist key Responsibilities include:
- Evaluate new candidates for the correct skill set, arrange and conduct interviews, make employment offers, conduct terminations
- Responsible for onboarding new employees and processing required paperwork
- Monitors employee eligibility for benefits plans - Reviews benefits with employees and processes enrollment, cancellation or changes
- Organizes and manages annual open enrollment communications and election process
- Develop/Implement HR policies/procedures, employee handbooks, assist Payroll Administrator, manage training plans for leadership development, provide oversight for compliance with regulations
HR Manager Qualifications:
- Five years Human Resource management required
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field highly preferred
- *** Experience working with UNION highly preferred
- Excellent written/verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
