Front Office Coordinator – Local Church (Direct Hire Opportunity)

Schedule: Mon–Thu 8:00am–4:30pm | Fri 8:00am–12:00pm
Pay: $17–$18/hr (Depending on Experience)

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a respected local church to fill the role of Front Office Coordinator. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys providing warm, professional support in a faith-based setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist church visitors and guests

Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately

Manage calendars and schedule group trips or events

Perform a variety of clerical tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence

Support ministry staff with day-to-day operations

Complete other administrative tasks as assigned

Prior administrative or front desk experience is a plus
