Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a local Hot Springs business to find a hands-on Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a growing company that works closely across several states with clients in the agricultural industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily office operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

Perform regular data entry using QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, and related tools

Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal staff professionally

Think creatively and independently to solve problems and improve processes
What We’re Looking For:

Strong multitasking skills – you’ll be wearing many hats!

Proficient in QuickBooks, Word, and general office software

Prior experience in retail management is a plus
