Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of residential and commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to provide quality workmanship while maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Diagnose HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on HVAC equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical components
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal regulations
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Respond to service calls in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
- Universal EPA Certification required
- Previous HVAC installation and service experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment as needed
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces when necessary
