Heather Buster

Director of Strategic Recruiting

Heather Buster serves as the Director of Strategic Recruiting and has been a dedicated member of the Express team for 18 years. Based in Ashdown, Arkansas, Heather is passionate about creating opportunities that positively impact both individuals and businesses. She finds great fulfillment in helping candidates advance their careers while partnering with employers to build strong, successful teams. Heather values the relationships she has built throughout her career and especially appreciates the opportunity to work alongside an exceptional team while staying actively involved in the community. Family is central to her life, and she enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones, including her nieces and nephews and her beloved dog, Remi. Deeply committed to community service, Heather serves on multiple boards and committees for local nonprofits and colleges and leads Express' annual toy drive, which provides more than 2,000 toys each holiday season to families in need across the region.

Office Services Employment Specialist

Sarah is our Office Services Employment Specialist who has been helping job seekers and local businesses succeed through Express for the past four years. Based in Texarkana, Arkansas, Sarah is passionate about connecting people with meaningful employment opportunities and enjoys celebrating the successes of the associates she serves. She finds purpose in strengthening the community through her work and values the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others every day. Outside of the office, Sarah treasures time with her husband, Jamie, their three sons, Trey, Mason, and Jase, daughter-in-law Madison, and grandson Grayson, who brings tremendous joy to their family. In her free time, Sarah enjoys catfishing and appreciates the chance to unplug, relax, and enjoy the peacefulness of the outdoors.

Front Office Coordinator

Brittany Rafael serves as Front Office Coordinator and has been an integral part of the Express team for the past 10 years. A resident of Nash, Texas, Brittany is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others and finds great fulfillment in helping individuals discover opportunities that can shape their future. She values the supportive culture at Express and enjoys working alongside a team that is committed to serving both one another and the community. Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children, and when time allows, she can often be found enjoying a good book.

Melissa Mooneyham

Office Administrator

Melissa Mooneyham is the Office Administrator and has been a cornerstone of the Express team for 19 years. A proud Texarkana resident and Razorback fan, Melissa is passionate about the impact Express has on the lives of others and believes there is no greater reward than helping people find opportunities that can change their future for the better. She values the strong relationships built throughout her career and especially enjoys being surrounded by a work family that makes each day meaningful and enjoyable. Outside of work, Melissa is a devoted mother to her two children, Alivia and Evan, who are the center of her world. Known for her consistency and positive energy, Melissa proudly admits to being a creature of habit, right down to her regular spot in Zumba class.

Angela Simmons

Industrial Employment Supervisor

Angela Simmons is our Industrial Employment Supervisor at Express and has been a valued member of the team for 20 years. A proud Texarkana resident, Angela finds the greatest reward in her work through helping people and making a positive difference in their lives. She especially enjoys supporting others and credits much of her success to the leadership and mentorship of Joey Martin, whom she describes as a great leader with a heart of gold. Family is at the center of Angela’s life, and she enjoys spending time with her husband, David; her daughter, Brittney, and son-in-law, Cliff; and her son, Andrew, and daughter-in-law, Emilee. She is also a proud grandmother to three "grand blessings" named Case, Tate, and Hayes. Outside of work, Angela loves family adventures, cheering on her grandchildren at their ball games, and traveling whenever she gets the opportunity.

Micayla Curtis

Skilled Trades Employment Specialist / Recruiting and Intake Coordinator

Micayla Curtis has been a dedicated member of the Express Employment Professionals Texarkana team since 2011, bringing nearly 15 years of experience and growth within the organization. Beginning her career as a Front Office Coordinator, she has successfully advanced through roles including Office Float, Quality Control, and Recruiting and Intake Coordinator, and now serves as both a Skilled Trades Employment Specialist and Recruiting and Intake Coordinator. Throughout her career, Micayla has found the greatest reward in building strong relationships with clients and associates, helping businesses find dependable talent while guiding job seekers toward meaningful career opportunities. She is passionate about creating successful connections that benefit both employers and employees. Outside of work, Micayla has been happily married for 17 years and is the proud mother of two daughters, ages 14 and 11. Her commitment to family, growth, and meaningful relationships is reflected in both her personal life and professional approach.
