Job Title: Quality Lab Technician I
Location: Atlanta, TX
Pay Rate: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
Shift: Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Lab Technician I to support quality testing and laboratory operations in our manufacturing facility. What You'll Do
- Perform quality testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products
- Prepare samples and conduct routine laboratory analyses
- Document and communicate test results accurately
- Identify and report quality concerns or out-of-specification results
- Support production and product development teams with testing data
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment
- Assist with calibration and basic maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Monitor inventory and restock laboratory supplies
- Follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures
- Enter and maintain accurate records in company systems
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For
Required
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to follow procedures and work instructions
- Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented
Preferred
- Associate degree in Chemistry or a related field
- Previous laboratory, quality control, manufacturing, or chemical industry experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs including Excel and Word
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for most of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with required PPE
- Comfortable working around chemicals, equipment, and varying noise levels
