Job Description:
Are you skilled at tire maintenance and looking for a dynamic, hands-on role? We're hiring a dedicated Tire Technician to join our team. Offering a competitive wage of $14-$16 per hour and a consistent work schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM and every other Saturday from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM, we provide a rewarding environment for professionals who are eager to make a difference in vehicle safety and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Install, balance, rotate, and repair tires in accordance with quality standards
- Inspect tire wear and assess tire damage to advise customers on the need for replacements or repairs
- Maintain inventory of tires and tire-related products
- Uphold a safe and clean workspace at all times by maintaining equipment and adhering to safety procedures
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs promptly and professionally
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Tire Technician or similar role
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and tire maintenance
- Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy tires and equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work a schedule of Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM and every other Saturday from 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Authorized to work in the United States
