Pay: $55,000 - $75,000 Annually
Schedule: OTR/Regional Routes
Home Time: 10-14 Days Out, 2 Days Home

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused CDL-A Driver to join our transportation team. This position offers a combination of Over-the-Road (OTR) and Regional routes, providing steady miles, competitive pay, and consistent home time. Drivers can expect to be on the road for 10-14 days followed by 2 days at home. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, excellent driving record, and commitment to delivering freight safely and on time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate a Class A commercial vehicle safely and efficiently while adhering to all DOT regulations and company policies.
- Transport freight to customer locations throughout assigned regional and OTR routes.
- Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and en-route vehicle inspections to ensure equipment is operating safely and efficiently.
- Secure and protect freight to prevent damage during transport.
- Plan routes and manage delivery schedules to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate electronic logs, inspection reports, and required transportation documentation.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and management regarding delivery status and route updates.
- Monitor vehicle performance and promptly report maintenance or mechanical issues.
- Follow all safety procedures, traffic laws, and company operating standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service during pickups and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance while representing the company.
- Assist with additional transportation and logistics duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Clean driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.
- Ability to meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle extended periods of travel.
- Previous OTR or regional driving experience preferred but not required.
