Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused CDL Class A Flatbed Driver to join our team in Hope, Arkansas. This is a local driving position that allows drivers to be home daily while working a consistent day shift schedule with guaranteed full-time hours. The ideal candidate will have experience with flatbed operations, load securement, and safely transporting materials to customer locations.

Essential Responsibilities

• Safely operate a CDL Class A commercial vehicle in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Transport materials and products to local customer locations.
• Properly secure loads using chains, straps, binders, and other approved securement devices.
• Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and daily vehicle inspections.
• Ensure all cargo is loaded, secured, and transported safely.
• Maintain accurate logs, delivery paperwork, and inspection records.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and warehouse personnel.
• Assist with securing and verifying loads prior to departure.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean driving record.
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with customers.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A License required.
• Flatbed driving experience preferred.
• Experience with load securement, including strapping and chaining loads, required.
• Ability to safely operate and maneuver commercial vehicles.
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to lift, climb, bend, and perform physical tasks associated with securing loads.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Clean MVR and ability to pass pre-employment screening.
