Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Laundromat Attendant in the San Ysidro Area.
Responsibilities:
- Greet/Welcome customers upon arrival.
- Shift & Detail Cleaning as directed.
- Complete tasks on the daily task list.
- Provide a mini tour of the store as requested.
- Help new customers get set up in our system (buy card and use system).
- Be proactive in meeting customer needs.
- Assist customers with using any equipment and machines and in time become a subject matter expert on their usage.
- Process Drop Off Laundry orders.
- Check-in and out Drop-Off Dry Cleaning orders.
- Sell retail products over the counter.
- Spot clean parking lot at shift overlap.
- Punctual attendance is required in this position as the store attendant often works independently.
- Process orders when assigned.
- Remind customers of the community parking rules.
- Perform other tasks and duties assigned by supervisor or manager.
Requirements:
· Reasonable ability to handle customer complaints.
· Basic Computer/Tablet Skills.
· Must be in good physical condition and able to perform all functions of the position.
·Must have open availability to work weekends and 2nd shift.
